• Media relations, including journalist relations, writing and issuing a press release, Searching and placing features, managing the press office at a trade show and attending client media briefings.

• Online PR and Social media relations. From discovering influential bloggers to creating search engine friendly copy, you will learn how to maximise clients’ investment through highly measurable online campaigns.

• Client relations from initial immersion and planning meetings, to messaging, developing PR plans and proposals and tactical campaigns.

• On a day to day basis you will become responsible for managing your own clients and developing professional relationships and understanding of the clients’ business objectives by developing a thorough knowledge of their industry.

• Involvement in creative thinking and team brainstorming.

• Research and measurement methodology.

The scheme runs for one year at the end of which we hope to offer you a permanent position as an account executive, with a view to further fast track training to take you to account manager level within a few years.
