For your website to have good usability it must be easy to navigate, have a good layout, be consistent across all pages and have easy to find information. Aaaah…if only all websites were built this way.

User generated content (UGC)

User generated content is content created by people in the form of blogs, discussion groups, forums, wikis and photo and music sharing sites. Content can vary in quality and can often tell visitors more about the blogger than the subject matter. Buy hey, that’s ok. We’re all friends here.
