Core to the online PR strategy was a detailed process of matching Sanex audience Profiles with the Content and assets available.  Digital audiences do not sit in traditional demographic boundaries but instead cluster around focus topics.  Interest clusters relevant to the ‘Celebrating Skin’ Campaign were researched and integrated closely into the online PR strategy.

immediate future crafted a digital PR handbook for distribution across European markets, offering guidelines and tips for working with Social media.  A close guide for local implementation of the online PR strategy.  A crisis plan was introduced at the initial stages of the campaign to ensure that a comprehensive strategy was in place to counter any problems.

Following completion of the European online PR strategy, immediate future also took responsibility for implementation in the UK.
