| Groups | collection of people brought together online because of similar interests, goals, or concerns are known as groups. They exchange ideas and messages in chat rooms; message boards; forums; via email; and sometimes on the ‘phone. A member of a group is a grouper. Ok, we made that up. |

Vertical search engineThe Web is so huge that you can use vertical search engines to help you narrow down your search. So instead of going to Google to find a new job you’d go to Monster.co.uk instead. Or if you were looking for a car, Carpages.co.uk. Or freedesignerclothers.co.uk for clothes. Ok, that doesn’t exist.
