Contact & Deadlines

IF will take calls immediately. If we can’t, we will aim to return calls to the office within 30 minutes.

Should you contact a colleague who is out of office, someone will return your call within 30 minutes.

We promise not to call you on deadline or press days unless we think you will want to know about an urgent news piece.

We make a point of knowing deadline and press days and always work with them.

We will tell you in advance if we think we won’t be able to supply the information you require in time for a deadline.
News & Information

You know what makes news and what does not, so we won’t send you a press release with no story.

When we do have a story, we will call you first, talk around any subject or angle that interests you, and make sure we send you a proof checked, accurate press release.

We manage client expectations and only look for proactive opportunities with the media when we feel our clients have something to say.

You can always rely on us for the truth as we advise our clients to be open and transparent. It’s in everyone’s interest.

If you are interested in a story or feature, we promise to follow through on your expectations.

You are a specialist with broad industry knowledge. We will make sure we know our subject inside out before we contact you to discuss it.

Knowledge is not property, we are happy to talk about an industry issue, even if we don’t represent any clients in that arena.
